Return Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 5 days from the date of purchase. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Additionally, certain product categories may be non-returnable or non-refundable, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
For accepted return/exchange requests, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed as per our policies.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for a product/service purchased through our Platform.
- Cancellations are allowed within 5 days of placing an order. However, if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may reject the order at your doorstep.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report the issue to our customer service within 5 days of delivery. The seller/merchant will inspect the claim before approval.
- If you feel that the received product does not match the description or your expectations, notify our customer service within 5 days of delivery. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any warranty-related issues should be directly addressed with the manufacturer.
- If a refund is approved by KEHKASHAN KALEIDOS, it will be processed within 6 days.
